It's National Pink Day!

June 23rd is National PINK Day

I love the color pink -- plain and simple.  I wore my pink outfits at junior high as often as I could. I like it so much that I even had my house painted a shade of pink at one time.  Boy, oh boy, did we get in trouble with some neighbors, lol 😁😀

Note: I have no intention of making a political statement, nor a politically-correct statement with this pink-themed post, period.

Here are my nails in various shades of pink:

Nail Art: Pink, Stripes, and Hearts Gel Nails

Valentine's Day is coming up ❤❤❤

Red is a common color, so I went with Pink on Black gel no-chip nail polish.

Nail Art: Acrylic Nails, Part 1

gel nails with rhinestones
In spite of the ongoing Covid19 Pandemic, we are travelling across the pond once again.

I make it a point to get my nails done on important trips.

It is usually gel nails for me: a few seconds under UV-lights make the finish tough, long-lasting, beautiful.

This time, I tried acrylic nails. Powders plus formula; and boom -- the nails supposedly are equally long-lasting and beautiful. It's my first time to try them, so we shall see.

My inspiration as far as main nail color:

No-Chip Nail Art: Part 2, Cat Eye Nails

Nice! This nail design gets a thumbs-up from me (pun intended, LoL). Not difficult at all for you or your Manicurist with the correct tool.
