I need only to see our many pictures from the amazing CHECKPOINT CHARLIE Museum in Berlin to prompt even more gratefulness on my part. I currently have, thank God, what people in the past were desperate to obtain. They went through extreme danger or even death to have a brighter future for themselves and for their loved ones, or to have the basic human right of FREEDOM from the iron-grip of a Socialist government.
