I have the Chanel water snake flap bag shown above. I barely use it because it does not hold its shape at all. I can't even put my phone in it because it causes the bag to buckle. Do you have a similar problem with the shapelessness of this piece? Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
Sorry for the delay in responding; and your problem with the bag buckling. If you are truly unhappy & since it does not get much use by you, I suggest selling the bag and purchasing a more rigid bag. No point in it just sitting-around doing you no good. Regards.
