    hi i'm interested in this red one but there's no NM in NYC. so how should i place an order? i'm wondering if it works that i just call NM customer service to get it or i should call a specific NM chanel?

    Hello. This is an old catalog picture. NM may have a similar Chanel bag available, but it would cost A LOT more.
